Rock Express will accept all returns items that meet the following regulations :

1. Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags/labels attached

2. Attached Form R with all of your return item(s)

3. Return must be made within 14 days  

4. Reasons for return such as wrong delivered item(s), damaged & defected item(s), and sizing issues. 



Exchange

All exchange item(s) are subject to availability. You may only exchange for the same item you purchased. 


Refund

All return item(s) will first be inspected and later proceed with an exchange. Refund will only be issued to your account in a form of store credit if/when exchange became unavailable. 


Received the wrong item?

We are very sorry about it! 

Please contact us immediately when you received the wrong order/item to secure your order.

Your item(s) will be shipped out from our warehouse once we received your return item(s). 

A refund will be issued to your account in a form of store credit if your items ran out of stock during the exchange period. 


Damaged & Defected items

We are very sorry about it! 

Please contact us immediately when you received the damaged or defected item(s) in order to secure the remaining stock for exchange purposes.

Your item will be shipped out from our warehouse once we received your return item(s). 

A refund will be issued to your account in a form of store credit if your item(s) ran out of stock during the exchange period. 


Wrong Size?

Don't worry! Just return it and we will exchange the size for you. 

Please contact us immediately when you received your order so that we could secure the remaining stock for exchange purposes.

How do I return?

We want to make it as easy as possible for you! 

All you need to do is to pack your return item(s) along with the filled up Form R and ship it back to us!

You can either ship it to our warehouse or drop it off at our retail store in Penang.

Who is responsible for the return shipping fees?

Buyer will have to bear the shipping fees. 


Do I need to provide tracking no.?

Well, its totally up to you! 

However, we recommend that you do so just incase we did not receive your return item(s).

What if I'd forgotten to attached Form R?

No worries, we will send you a link to filled it up online after we received your return item(s). 

All return item(s) will not be process until buyer submitted Form R.
